Virtual Private Servers met Linux (VPS)

A VPS server is a special, virtual server that is based on one physical server together with other VPS servers. With a VPS server, you have root access at your disposal, by which you can manage the entire server all by yourself. Hence, you are free to install any software you wish on your own VPS server. A webinterface is supplied with your VPS server in which you can manage the server. Through this webinterface, you are able to manage all imaginable things, like for example a complete re-installation. With every VPS server you receive your own Controlpanel *Directadmin with a server licence without any additional costs (!) with, among other things, CentOs5.x, apache2.x, php5.x, mysql5.x, mailserver.
A VPS server is an excellent step forward to your own dedicated server.
